FROM WATER TO AIR - ALANYA BRIDGE

Saturday 6th December

‘from Water to Air’ is a song cycle by Alanya Bridge that explores themes of rebirth, self-discovery, and passing on. Woven together through the elements; water, earth, fire and air, this resonant show encapsulates the fragility of life, its transitions and transformations through a journey of healing.

Conceived at New York University’s Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program, the show has been included in Apple & Oranges THEatre ACCELERATOR (2023), Hayes Theatre ShowLab (2024), and Salty Theatre Hatch Lab (2025).

Content Warning: This work contains themes of death, passing on and miscarriage.

ANY MOMENT - BRADLEY MCCAW

Thursday 11th December

'Any Moment' is the new musical from award winning recording artist / theatre maker Bradley McCaw. Featuring a cast of eight and a live band, the work will hit the stage for the first time after eight years of development around Australia. Inspired by the famous John Lennon quote, ‘Life is what happens while you’re busy making other plans’ Any Moment explores what unfolds in those little moments that happen without us noticing? Who knows what will and could happen - Any Moment.

"The music and lyrics are of a glittering standard that deserves worldwide praise. From the playbook of musicals such as Jason Robert Brown's Songs For a New World, which examine the triumphs and pitfalls of contemporary, everyday life with humour, poignance and soaring melodies" (Arts Hub).
