Sweet Pea

30 OCTOBER - 9 NOVEMBER | EXPLOSIVES FACTORY
Sweet Pea

VENUE

by lachlan seal

Sweet Pea is a slow burn into an explosion of emotion. Taking place at a funeral for one of their own, a group of old friends reunite for the first time in almost six years. A lot has changed, but have any of them grown up? The audience is a fly on the wall as the space gradually transforms from a traditional funeral into one decorated with colourful chaos and surrealism. We watch as the characters give in to their grief, and are forced to face their complicated history.
