Theatre Works is seeking performers for a major new production of a modern Australian play by a renowned playwright, directed by acclaimed theatre director Suzanne Chaundy. This production will be a centerpiece of our 2026 season and is a key part of Theatre Works’ artistic program.
Please note: Details of this production are currently under embargo.
We are casting the following three roles:
Performer 1: Female-identifying, playing age 30s–40s
Performer 2: Female-identifying, playing age late teens–early 20s

We are seeking performers with strong ensemble instincts, sensitivity to emotionally complex material, and a collaborative spirit. This is a contemporary, text-based work featuring layered internal monologue, shared storytelling, and choral movement. Actors with lived experience relating to the themes of the work are warmly encouraged to apply.
Content Advisory

We encourage all applicants to consider their emotional readiness and personal boundaries before submitting an expression of interest.
