THE LOWER DEPTHS, an epic drama about the lives of individuals living on the edge of pre-revolutionary Russian society, will be used to inspire the telling of stories by a group of people marginalised by our society. The content of the original play is deeply human and brings forward questions about poverty and social injustices with vigour, humour and a ferocious theatricality.
