THIS IS ROUGH, THE CHANGE TO REVISE WOULD BE PREFERRED BEFORE ANY KIND OF PRINT/ONLINE POST!

From the filth mongers who spewed up Fat Camp, Mommie & the Minister, and Bumtown, Sisters Grimm present Missfit and Diamond in MONDO PANTO, a pantomime for no-one in the family. Except maybe your paedophile uncle.

--

Something is rotten in the cardboard kingdom of Grandenia: the Queen has been murdered, and the peasants will be wracked by the horrifying and stinky Brown Plague until the throne is filled (pun intended). The beautiful Princess Diamond and evil Princess Missfit must face off in a trash-theatre battle royale to win the crown and find their one true love. Accompanying the Princesses on their magical journey is an enchanted harp, a bird-eating spider, and a mean-spirited lesbian foetus named Bindi Irwin. Oh, and the jester has a sex change... to become Oprah Winfrey.

The game gets a little nastier as the wedding day approaches: Missfit plots her beloved sister’s impregnation (with a goblet of mead and enchanted roofie) and subsequent exile to a taco-stuffing day-job deep in the enchanted woods. But with the help of a wise old abortionist, Diamond returns to the kingdom hell-bent on vengeance. And hell hath no fury like a drag-queen scorned.

In MONDO PANTO, Sisters Grimm have cross-bred the family matinee pantomime with the sleazy, seamy world of mail-order “Mondo” videos (Orgy of the Dead, Jailbait Babysitter, Mondo Cane, etc): creating a monstrous, stinking mess of sex, castration, surgery, and date-rape, all within a fairytale kingdom made entirely out of cardboard. Terrifying punk drag-queens Missfit (Gerard Williams) and Diamond (Simon Morrison Baldwin) return to the Grimm stage; pitted against each other in what promises to be a ferocious and terrifying trash-theatre tour de force. Bad-taste has never been so sweet!
