"I made a wish upon a star, and now I'm here with you." 'Dream Room' is one of Theatre Works' plays in development for 2022. Rach has been working hard to share her lockdown experience with an audience. We asked her some questions to get to know Rachel a little better.

Q: Can you please introduce yourself and how you got into theatre?

A: My name is Rachel. I have been working at the theatre for a long time since the lockdown. I perform in many productions.

Q: What do you most enjoy about writing and performing?

A: I have been writing scripts and songs. My dream is to be on stage.

Q: What did you want to explore with The Dream Room?

A: I wanted to share my experience with the audience. To keep theatres open to invite people to see my show.

Q: What would you like the audience to take away from this performance?

A: I can make people laugh and believe in their dreams.

Q: Favourite theatre show?

A: My favourite show is Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. I saw it recently.

A: When theatres were in lockdown, I felt lonely and uninspired.
