Theatre Works 2014 Festive Season Appeal
As always the end of year is accelerating at great speed and what a lot we have done and achieved at Theatre Works together with your support as a patron, donor or hirer. We would like to thank you so much for your support.
Exhausted after watching it? We are operating on a very lean budget and a very small but brilliant team of mainly part time staff. In order to maintain and grow Theatre Works’ offerings to artists and audiences in 2015, we are asking you to join in the celebration of giving this festive season. No matter how big or small, every amount will help us to deliver a bigger and better 2015 program and all donations of $2 or more are tax deductible.
And what better time to give than #Giving Tuesday – The Global Day of Giving on December 2. Theatre Works is part of the call to action to celebrate an international day of giving #Giving Tuesday.
If every patron, donor and hirer could spare $10 for Theatre Works this giving month – the impact on Theatre Work’s ability to support independent artists and disadvantaged members of the community (Community Connect Program) would be strengthened beyond belief.
So please join in the celebration of giving and think of Theatre Works this festive season and we will think of you all year in 2015!!

If you join our Bridge Program and would like to be acknowledged in our 2015 season guide please email development(replace+with+at+symbol)theatreworks.org.au by Dec 12 2014.
Wishing you and your family a very happy and safe festive season.
From the very lean team at Theatre Works
Dan, Paula, Ange, Anne, Rohan and all the volunteers
Ongoing support of Theatre Works is vital to foster the development of Australian theatre and to provide a forum for all that is creative and dynamic in St Kilda and Melbourne.

After 30 years of staging hundreds of productions and supporting thousands of actors, producers, directors, designers, stage managers and so many other artists that have come through our doors, we have launched our Bridge Donor Program. To put it simply, we need your help to continue to provide artists with outstanding creative opportunities and provide audiences with some of the most ambitious, bold and exciting contemporary performances.
Theatre Works is more than a venue; we are a not for profit organisation passionately committed to enabling artists to achieve their creative dreams. We are asking you to come on the journey with us Building The Bridge as we work towards not only sustaining the level of support we give artists, but increasing it over the following years with greater: mentoring opportunities, subsidized theatre space for developments and presentations, producing, marketing, technical, creative and financial support, management and producing services commissioning of new projects, interstate and overseas tour development.
Become part of the Bridge Donor Program and enjoy benefits such as acknowledgment in the annual programme, invitations to Bridge Donor Program events including meeting the artists, Q&A sessions and guest speakers and concessional ticket pricing for Guardians and beyond.
We welcome donations of all amounts – no amount is too small!
